Our clients’ lifts and escalators should be constantly available to meet the demands of their business and in the unfortunate incident of a fault, our main priority is to rectify this as soon as possible, therefore our lift maintenance and lift repair service is available on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis.
Pinnacle Elevators undertake maintenance on all makes and models of lifts and escalators. Our in-depth knowledge of the industry allows efficient sourcing of spares, early diagnosis of faults, and the implementation of the necessary remedial actions with minimum disruption to the client, little inconvenience, and low cost.
Our service agreements are the basis to form a partnership between ourselves and the client. For our clients who have a standard service agreement or a maintenance agreement with another company, we provide a cost-effective repair service, estimating and agreeing on everything we do before we start work.
